Booking & Payment

• Your payment confirms your reservation.

Cancellations

• Due to the nature of our classes and materials prepared for each guest, we are unable to offer refunds.

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a voucher for another workshop.

• We regret that no-shows cannot be accommodated with vouchers or refunds.

Class Changes

• Should we need to cancel or reschedule a class, we will offer a transfer to another date.

Attendance

• We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your class begins.

• Late arrivals may miss portions of the workshop.

Age Requirements

• Our candle classes welcome guests aged 13 and above.

Photography

• We occasionally capture images during our workshops which may appear on social media. In entering our space you consent to be photographed. Should you wish to withdraw consent, please let us know that you prefer not to be photographed.
